[HAIR] hot oil treatment

In the spirit of rest and relaxation, my hair needed some tender, love, and care.
Supplies
1. Spectrum Organic Coconut Oil
2. Sally Beauty Applicator Bottle
3. IMUSA chocolate/water pitcher 1qt.
4. Proclaim Natural 7 olive oil
5. Hollywood Beauty Shea Oil
Benefits
1. Protects from hair damage and improves appearance of hair and skin.
4. Natural botanical oils for hair, skin, and nails.
5. Helps split ends, restores moisture, fights breakage, soothes scalp, protects from weather.
Place your applicator bottle in your aluminum tin/pot of hot (not boiling) water for 2-3 minutes.
For best results, use when hair is wet. Place your hair in a bun or braid after product is evenly dispensed. Cover with a warm towel, or processing cap for 3-5 minutes.
For optimal results, leave oils in hair overnight, rinse, and style.

I moved to a new city.

I am still adjusting to it all. Unpacking, organizing, and reevaluating my life…and how all this change affects my dreams, goals, and aspirations.

Not sure how this puzzle piece fits into my grand scheme of life. However, I discovered I am adapting well to my change in environment.

I am still in the Land of Enchantment…just surrounded with more inspiration.

[April 23, 1986-Present]

It seems like my birthday keeps coming up faster every year. If it wasn’t for a few precious friends, I probably would have let it be just another day.

I finally had some time to reflect on how I have spent these few, yet precious years.

I will always be busy. Rather than accept that overused excuse, I need to make a conscience effort to enjoy the moments when my busy life settles down, to be with the most important people in my life.

Being present in all aspects of my life shall be the greatest gift I shall ever receive.

Although, I did not blow out any candles this year…I could wish for a more beautiful life, but I already have one.
