Time to dust myself off and try again.
Yesterday was Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent. During this time, I am abstaining from caffeine and fasting until Easter.
As a Catholic, I am using this time to free my soul for prayer. Even if you are not spiritual or religious I have other ways that can help you become a better you.
Let go of anything that is keeping you from your dreams. If it is an abundance of things, negative thoughts, or unfulfilling relationships.
When you decide that the time to accomplish anything is limited, have faith that you are doing what is in your best interest.
Take a deep breathe. You can do it. You deserve a life with people who want to see you succeed.
You are worth it.
