Happy Sassy Sunday!
I am combining week three and week four of my 5k training into one post. I hope you do not mind. Ever feel like life just gets away from you? Or if feels as though there is not enough time in the day?
I hope I am not alone in the feeling. Life is a balancing act and I have not been juggling it very well.
On a positive note, I am finally running 2.5 miles. I am working on my speed more than anything. Building up my leg and core strength. Consistently drinking a gallon of water daily. Craving carbs, like crazy.
I am keeping my warmups to about five minutes to focus my intent for my workout and work on my breathing.
I am enjoying the endorphins I am feeling after my run. Feels good to move.
This week I am experiencing spring fever. I am aggressively editing my life in regards to things, eating, and people. I am taking this time to streamline my habits to be a lot more simple.
I hope this week, you make time for the things and people that truly matter.
