It’s about time that snacking wasn’t so sinful! At my recent trip from the grocery store, I discovered two of favorite junk food items that are made for a healthier lifestyle.
Ice cream and Cheetos! Yummy!
If you couldn’t tell from my other posts, I really love sweets, almost as much as salt, and cheese! Remember the saying, “all that and a bag of chips?” Ha.
Well, if chips can still taste good and don’t make me cringe on my way to the scale, then I’m happy! Now, having girl’s night in can still be just as fun and with more guilt-free eating.
So, the next time you just want to be alone, cuddle up with your pillow, and watch a silly movie, you can now cry when the movie doesn’t have the greatest ending and worry less about your waistline.
